Prosper Enrichment
Our Enrichment Program at our Prosper location is held on Fridays from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
Arrival Time: Between 8:15am and 2:30pm
Schedule:
8:30am — 9:45am: Morning Enrichment Class #1
9:45am — 11:00am: Morning Enrichment Class #2
11:00am — 12:00pm: Lunch
12:00pm — 1:15pm: Afternoon Enrichment Class #1
1:15pm — 2:30pm: Afternoon Enrichment Class #2
Each are a 75 minute session. Pick two classes for half day and four classes for full day.
Please note: All families will be required to help 2 times per semester on enrichment days.
A Student Registration fee of $75 is due at the time of registration.
Families having more than one sibling concurrently enrolled in the Enrichment Program will receive a $10/month discount for each additional sibling at an equal or lesser tuition rate.
Full Day Price (4 classes)
- $250/month (4 payments) for Enrichment Only students
- $200/month (4 payments) for 2-Day Ancora Academy students.
- This is a semester-long commitment.
Half Day Price (2 morning classes or 2 afternoon classes):
- $125/month (4 payments) for Enrichment Only students.
- $100/month (4 payments) for 2-Day Ancora Academy students.
- This is a semester-long commitment.
Half day students may stay through lunch (11:00am — 12:00pm) or come early for no additional cost.

8:30-9:45am (choose one):
- Children’s Literature – Develop your child’s imagination and curiosity through great literature, poetry and hands-on art.
- Science Fun – Play with your food, make magic milk, bounce popcorn with sound waves and more!
9:45-11:00am (choose one):
- Music & Movement – Your child will learn rhythm & how to hold a beat. Experience the joy of music, movement, and making instruments. Music from the masters such as Mozart, and Beethoven will be incorporated.
- Calling All Artists – Get creative with art including fingerprint trees, slimy snails, self-portraits & model clay.
2nd-3rd
8:30-9:45am (choose one):
- Art Masters – Edward Hopper, Henri Matisse & Claude Monet. Learn from the masters, create and have fun through art exploration.
- Spanish & Latin Culture – Learn the Spanish language & explore latin countries and cultures. Art & music will be incorporated.
9:45-11:00am (choose one):
- Nature Detectives – Get outside, learn about the Texas Pecan Trees, go on a scavenger hunt and create a nature journal. Learn about autumn animals including the barn owl, hedgehog and gray wolf.
- Baking with Books – Read classic stories, write & bake! Blueberries for Sal – (Blueberry Muffins), Seven Silly Eaters (cake), Gingerbread Baby, (Gingerbread Man), and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie (Chocolate Chip Cookies).
4th-6th
8:30-9:45am (choose one):
- Baking with Books – The Chocolate Touch (Brownies), How to Make An Apple Pie & See the World (Apple Pie), & more!
- Battles & Builders – Building, constructing, & brain games! Math will be incorporated.
9:45-11:00am (choose one):
- Art & Nature Exploration – Pablo Picasso, chalk flowers, self portraits & more!
- Choir & Music – Sing, sing sing! I love to sing! Students will develop a love for music through song, rhythm and proper technique. Choir performance at the end of the semester.
- Spanish & Latin Culture – Learn the Spanish language & explore latin countries and cultures.
Afternoon Session

12:00-1:15pm (choose one):
- Puzzlers – put together puzzles, and challenge the mind through games such as “Remember the items” and patterns, mazes, and legos..
- Making Make Believe – puppet shows, fairy tales, dress up & cardboard forts!
1:15-2:30pm (choose one):
- Fall Arts & Crafts – Apples, pumpkins, leaf art, and more.
- Little Green Thumb – How does a leaf breathe? The science of soil, learn about herbs & plants & grow them in containers.
2nd-3rd
12:00-1:15pm (choose one):
- PE & Games – Learn teamwork & develop athletic skills through drills, games & fun outdoors.
- Music & Math – Use instruments to make music and use music to learn math!
1:15-2:30pm (choose one):
- Children’s Theatre – Engage children through storytelling and imaginative play. Children’s theater helps foster creativity, empathy, and critical thinking.
- Super Scientists – Rubber band cars, paper airplanes, ball launchers, slime & more! Complete science experiments & have fun with chemistry in the kitchen.
4th-6th
12:00-1:15pm (choose one):
- Children’s Theater – Engage children through storytelling and imaginative play. Children’s theater helps foster creativity, empathy, and critical thinking.
- STEM/Space Exploration – Discover the amazing universe through STEM & hands on projects. Math will be incorporated.
1:15-2:30pm (choose one):
- Chess – Learn this ancient game from a 2-time international champion including strategy, timed play & tournaments.
- PE & Games – Learn teamwork & develop athletic skills through drills, games & fun outdoors.
